Those with silver walls in their bedrooms did not fare too badly either. Respondents were able to get 7 hours and 33 minutes of sleep. 

Orange:

The colour orange is not only relaxing, but it is also said to help overcome indigestion. People having the colour orange in their bedrooms had 7 hours and 28 minutes of sleep.

Grey is also a depressing colour which does not inspire anyone. Respondents with grey walls were able to sleep for only 6 hours and 12 minutes. 

Brown:

Brown is not a very comforting colour, and it makes you feel drab and gloomy. Instead of feeling calm, it makes you feel restless.

Red:

You will feel a surge in your blood pressure with this colour. It tends to make you feel more anxious and leads to a loss of sleep.
